Our CNC department has four horizontal CNC lathes with Cincinnati Millacron 2100 controls on the Falcon 200, Falcon 300, Falcon 400 and a Deawoo Puma H10HC with Fanuc control.
Falcon 400 has a 15 chuck with a 25 swing x 62 length working envelope, and a 3.8 spindle bore.
Falcon 300 has a 12 chuck with a 20 swing x 40 length working envelope, and a 3.3 spindle bore.
Falcon 200 has both chuck or collet option with automatic bar feeder and a maximum bar capacity of 2.5.
Deawoo Puma has a rigid 10 chuck with a 15 swing x 15 turning length, and 3 spindle bore.

Cincinnati Millacron 750 Arrow VMC is a 40 taper machine with a 2100 control, 30 x 20 x 20 working envelope and full 4-axis capability.
Cincinatti Millicron 1250 Arrow VMC is a 40 taper with a 2100 control, 50 x 20 x 20 working envelope and 4-axis capability.
Our Leadwell VMC has a 50 taper spindle, 50 x 20 x 18 working envelope and a Fanuc control
Our Acer knee-mill is a three axis bridgeport style vertical machine used for second operation mill work
